Credit card purchases whose statement is still open, and the open statement itself, are not returned: they are not payable one by one until the statement closes. meta.suppressed_open_card_cycle reports how many were left out and their face value. Purchases of a closed statement are represented by the statement whenever it matches the same filters and search (read with the purchase status), the same rule the summary uses: filter by supplier or account to list them as rows.
